March  - July 2003: Freelancer/Consultant - Center For Good Governance and Development [CEGOD] - Engaged in the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'partner stage assessment of Helvetas - Palpa\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\', \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'development of five years strategic planning of Mityal and Jhirubas VDC of Palpa district\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\', and \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'lesson learning and policy development of Micro Hardware Support Program of LISP-Helvetas\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'.

2001 - 2002: Freelancer - Affiliated with National Training Resource Mobilisation Centre - Nepal, Education Network, CDP/S, UPKA Nepal, Jana Sewa Samaj: Major participation were on conducting Leadership Development Training; Cooperative Management Training; PRA Training; REFLECT Training; PHFP Management Training; Social Mobilisation Training; NGO Assessment; NGO Management; Baseline Survey; Impact Studies (Saving and Credit Groups), and developed Training Manuals and Policy Papers of NGOs

1995 - 1997: Community Organiser - (ActionAid Nepal: DA - 1) - Major responsibilities included planning, monitoring and evaluation of DA activities in Sindhukot VDC; providing support to local groups on planning, budgeting and implementing development activities, organizing and facilitating on various training program such as REFLECT; Leadership Development; Group Management; Adult Literacy Classes; PRA; supporting to undertake monitoring and evaluation of Saving & Credit Groups; Poorest Household Focused Group Management; local CBOs/NGOs management and coordination, developing progress reports.

1990 - 1994: Multi-purpose Worker - Sindhupalchok Development Program (ActionAid Nepal) - Major responsibilities included supervising NFE classes, supporting to Saving and Credit Groups formation, supervision of infrastructure development activities in community level, supporting to develop progress reports of development activities undertaken by AAN in Sindhukot VDC.
